Aiko Michot’s background in Science, Pedagogy and Buddhist philosophy allow for a unique mindfulness offering!
Rooted in experimentation, the encouragement is to follow curiosity and conduct your own investigation about the physical, emotional and mental processes that make up experience. This approach honors differences in individual learning styles and allows for ownership in finding your own way to what is true.
Experience
Aiko enjoys creating safe, playful and experiential spaces to facilitate mindfulness experiences for both youth and adults.
For the last 9 years, she has served in a variety of settings and roles. She has taught at Buddhist Centers such as Spirit Rock, SF Dharma Collective, Insight Meditation Center Redwood City and SF Insight.
