UPCOMING CLASSES

Bringing Mindfulness in Relationships (zoom)

Wednesdays: Nov 20th, Dec 4th, 11th, 18th 7:30-9:30pm

To be alive is to be in relationships. Whether it be with thoughts, emotions, objects, places, events, or people - we are incredibly sensitive and interdependent creatures deeply affected by everything. This interconnectedness also means that we have a tremendous influence on all, even when we don't consciously realize it! Being aware of how we are in relationships empowers us to do so with more agency and integrity. In this mindfulness series, we will take a deep dive to investigate how we relate to the different aspects of our lives and reflect on ways that we can do so more skillfully. We will also take a look at the patterns that we bring into relationships and how this impacts us and others.

Registration Fee: $250

Winter Solstice Circle (zoom)

Saturday December 21st 10am - 12pm

With the approach of winter solstice, we find ourselves on the threshold of a new transition. This can be a wonderful time to start winding down, to reflect and celebrate the year that we are leaving behind, and to connect with the yearnings that we would like to see come to fruition in the year ahead. This can be particularly potent when experienced in community.

Join us for a special mindfulness circle as we gather to pause, reflect, and set our intentions for the upcoming year. This session will guide you through gentle mindfulness practices that help you reconnect with yourself, honor your journey, and envision the path forward with clarity and purpose.

Registration Fee: $40

Rochelle - Registered Nurse

“Aiko is a gifted teacher who creates a safe space for participants to practice vulnerability. When I attended my first workshop with Aiko in January 2022, I was very new to mindfulness practice and meditation.  Since then, I have attended several of her workshops and have found them invaluable. I have learned so much about paying attention to my body, noticing dysregulation when it arises, being curious about conditioned reactions I might have, (and their underlying causes), and holding myself with care during times of stress and transition. Because of Aiko’s teachings, I have learned that I have a choice in how I respond to everything in the world, and that I can choose compassion and connection while also staying aligned with my values and needs. Aiko’s workshops have provided me with tools to better connect with myself, to set boundaries with others, and to manage conflict in my relationships. I can’t wait to see what she offers next!”
