This is a wonderful opportunity for teens to experience a 5 day meditation retreat in the beautiful setting of the Marin Headlands! Mornings will be in silence practicing sitting and walking meditation. Afternoons will consist of a variety of creative activities to choose from to explore new interests and ways to engage in relational mindfulness practices. Teens will be supported by 3 guiding Spirit Rock Teachers as well as 18 mindfulness mentors to facilitate small group discussions and afternoon activities.
