Come sit in community as we revisit the foundations of Mindfulness! We will start with a 30 minute guided meditation to explore the role of meditation in increasing awareness. This will be followed by a series of experiential activities including mindful eating, standing and walking to see how Mindfulness can be integrated in our daily lives. All levels of experience are welcome!
