This workshop will use mindfulness exercises, writing prompts and reflective activities to guide participants into rediscovering and experiencing the inherent abundance that is readily available within themselves and their community.

Part 2: The Gifts of Interdependence
Working together towards a shared vision can be a great source of enrichment and fulfillment in our individual lives! As a group we will focus on activities that restore trust and build connection within our community, shifting the collective perception from one of scarcity to one of abundance.
