Our intention with this series is to co-create a safe place where teens can discover what happens when we bring loving attention to all of the different aspects of our life. We will engage with games, guided meditations, discussions, to explore the following themes:
Week 1: What is mindfulness and what happens when we meditate?
Week 2: How can we relate lovingly to our bodies?
Week 3: What are our emotions telling us?
Week 4: Is what we are thinking really what is going on?
Week 5: What happens when we listen with loving attention?
