A pantheist at heart, I spend most of my free time outdoors in nature observing. While we humans seem confused about how to navigate our lives, other beings have an enviable confidence and sense of purpose.

Why is that?

Is it because they exist in direct experience: in sensing and feeling? Is it because they use somatic and emotional awareness whereas, we mostly use cognition? What if we were to return to our natural state and rely more on our organism to understand what is happening and how to navigate it? How would we see the world we have built, the life that we have? Could being cut off from this part of us be the source of this pervasive sense of unsafety and disconnection?

These questions have inspired my journey into mindfulness.

The results have been astounding. The sense of clarity, confidence and connection that has arisen has profoundly changed how I see reality, how I know what is true and how I move through my day. In this state, life has become a deep expression of my values and aspirations. And, as part of this expression, I want to facilitate spaces to continue to do so as a community… where we can accompany and encourage each other to wake up and embark on our unique path towards self actualization. If this peaks an interest in you, consider this an invitation!
