Let’s Wake up together!
Aiko Michot
I want to wake up from the everyday busy-doing-thinking-trance and reclaim my ability to feel, experience and be the author of my own life. Part of this expression is facilitating spaces to do so as a community… where we can accompany and encourage each other to wake up and embark on our unique path towards self actualization. If this peaks an interest in you, consider this an invitation!
Approach
I believe that each individual has their own unique way to self actualization. For this reason, as a facilitator, I do not prescribe a technique. I help you discover your own by encouraging you to work towards your aspirations experimentally, try different techniques and see what resonates. This process of learning through direct experience is powerful and reliable. It allows us to take ownership for our process and to strengthen the relationship to our inner knowing by repairing self trust. Awareness and self connection become the safe harbor to explore uncharted waters.
Background
A pantheist at heart, I spend most of my free time outdoors in nature observing. While we humans seem confused about how to navigate our lives, other beings have an enviable confidence and sense of purpose. What is it that they have that I don’t? What I have come to realize it that they exist in direct experience: in sensing and feeling. What if I were to bring back this capacity within my self? How would this change the way I know? Be? Act? Who would I become? So far, what has materialized is the unimaginable. When I have somatic, emotional and cognitive awareness online, I am able to have access to clarity and creativity.
