Guided Meditations
Using guided meditations are a great support as we develop our practice. Because what we need, how we feel, where we are, or what inspires us is in a continual state of flux; its helpful to have different themes to choose from. Find out what resonates for you and enjoy the exploration!
Reflections for Inquiry
Mindfulness allows us to see our true nature. With a steady attention, we can observe and investigate moment to moment phenomena. We can learn about how we relate to experiences, and how our mind has the tendency to build stories around what is happening. These stories can become core beliefs that drive most of our unconscious behaviors. By bringing awareness to these habits, we can start to question whether this default mode really serves our well-being. Ultimately, awareness offers us more freedom and choice in how we move through this world.
These recordings are a compilation of different themes that I have been reflecting on within my own practice. Perhaps something strikes a chord of resonance … Enjoy the journey inwards!
