Guided retreat

This includes a morning guided meditation, a movement session, mindful breakfast, suggestions for a beautiful place to explore nature in the afternoon and an hour counsel session in the evening.

Per diem rate is $175/individual or $300/couple

5 day retreat is $ 800/individual or $1300/couple

Independent Retreat

This includes an hour counsel session at the beginning of the retreat to orient and answer questions and suggestions for local points of interests to explore.

Per diem rate is $100/individual or $150/couple

5 day retreat is $ 450/individual or $600/couple
