Mindfulness for Challenging Times

Restoring a more balanced view

One of the mind’s survival strategy is being able to quickly detect threats or problems. While this can be helpful in keeping us safe, it can also perpetuate a chronic state of stress and anxiety. In this session, participants will learn how to use heart practices such as gratitude, compassion, love and generosity to restore a more balanced perspective on reality.
