To be alive is to be in relationships. Whether it be with thoughts, emotions, objects, places, events, or people - we are incredibly sensitive and interdependent creatures deeply affected by everything. This interconnectedness also means that we have a tremendous influence on all, even when we don't consciously realize it! Being aware of how we are in relationships empowers us to do so with more agency and integrity. In this mindfulness series, we will take a deep dive to investigate how we relate to the different aspects of our lives and reflect on ways that we can do so more skillfully. We will also take a look at the patterns that we bring into relationships and how this impacts us and others. In this 4 week series we will explore the following:
Week 1: How do you relate to experience and what kind of realities are you creating as a result of this?
Week 2: Who are you and what kind of relationship are you cultivating with yourself?
Week 3: Who do you become when you are in relationships and at what cost?
Week 4: How to navigate all (familial, romantic, work, friend or foe) relationships more skillfully
