Mindfulness or awareness training allow us to: have more clarity about what we want and what really matters, notice when we are off track and what is getting in the way, make choices that better contribute to our well-being, and lead a more intentional life where our actions actually align with our core values
Come learn how to develop more clarity and choice in your life! Each week will include a series of activities and guided meditations for participants to explore the physical, mental and emotional components that make up their own experience. While each session can be taken as a stand alone workshop, participants are highly encourage to attend all 3 to get the most out of this course. All levels are welcome, no experience needed!
